Gaussignac was born out of a desire for change. Changing our lifestyle and sharing the pleasure of daily life on the countryside, in the midst of a grand nature. Changing our trade and start catering for connoisseurs of authentic fine cuisine… Our dream finally came true in September 2006. Gaussignac has thrown its doors wide open ever since. Whether for a few hours or for a few days, the choice is yours.
